I started my first business at seven years old with a simple lemonade stand — and I’ve been hooked on entrepreneurship ever since. As I grew, I dove deeper into business, learning everything I could. But I kept running into the same problem: school never taught me anything that helped. That’s when I made a decision — I wanted to help change the education system. As bold as it sounded at the time, I meant it. And this book is the first step. It’s designed to challenge the idea that kids shouldn’t learn about money or business. Growing up, I found both comfort and opportunity in the structure of education. I thrived in academic environments and always believed in the power of learning. But over time, I noticed a gap — a lack of emphasis on real-life skills, especially financial literacy. That’s why I joined this project: to help give every child the tools to understand money and build confidence for the future. Hi, I’m Leo. I first got into the business world about four years ago, and just like my teammates, I fell in love with it immediately. While I’ve gained a lot through entrepreneurship, academics have also played a big role in my life — especially through tutoring kids in math and science. Over time, I realized that school mostly focuses on academics and rarely teaches real-world skills like business.
